  Called in and asked if they had a certain item. Had a discussion with the girl on the phone she went and got them, described them to me and assured me they'd be waiting on me when I got there. They were supposed to hold them and I went up to the front counter and there they WEREN'T! I drove 15 miles one way out of my way to come get this item. Somebody totally spaced and dropped the ball and it cost me 30 miles and however much of my time wasted. The store in Fairview Heights aced this, this store well, not so much. Somebody was apparently paying more attention to the clock than their job. If you are unable to complete a promise like this, don't make it.
