I have been a customer of AT&T and John's for years. My entire family has, too. I have every service they provide. Have never been disappointed. John is NEVER pushy when it comes to sales. He shows and suggests based on our needs and lifestyles. If we say decline, he drops it. That is why we ALWAYS ask for John. There was a lady at Walmart last week that was looking at AT&T phones. It was her first smartphone ever. She had so many questions. The young man behind the counter couldn't answer half of her questions. I pulled out my wallet and gave her John's card. I assured her he could take care of her and not rip her off. I told her no to worry that he could answer all her questions, if not, he would someone that could. On another note, when my dad was alive he would always have problems with his phone. He kept taking it to John. John would always fix it. Dad was in his 70s. For some reason kept putting it on airplane mode. His fingers were too big. John suggested a flip phone. Dad was ecstatic! I also had issues with learning how to use my phone. I would either go in or call and he with diagnose the problem. Dr. John has an awesome bedside manner!lol Always patient with both us. When I called I would tell him that I was his favorite pain in the ass! So now when I call the store for something and they ask who it is, I tell them it is Payne! When I check in at the door, I do the same. So on the back of his business cards, I write Payne and tell them to give him the card. Everyone should be treated with respect. John does that. The services that AT&T provide are beyond excellent. My internet has only gone down 2 in the past 5 years and I have NEVER dropped a call.I could write a book on how amazing customer service and John's service/sales ethics are. I could write a book about the quality of services that AT&T provide. From wireless to home security, I believe they are top of the line. So, if you are looking for a new phone or any other service that they offer, try AT&T. I know you won't be sorry! Thank you AT&T store Edwardsville, John Moore, and staff for all you do to make customers walk out that door smiling!

Has never led us wrong. We have 10 lines, directv, alarm system, internet, and land line! Also, Deidre and Jessica were great in helping me choose accessories! If you are looking to get a new phone, go to this store to be treated with great customer service!
