  I have used Edw. Plumbing & Heating for plumbing problems for the past 15 years since we moved to Glen Carbon. We have always been very happy with their service. They go out of their way to get to our home in a timely manner and the repairs have always been high quality. I definitely recommend Edwardsville Plumbing & Heating. As I write this, I am waiting for another pretty major repair. Stay tuned!

  We called Edwardsville Plumbing when we had a back-up of sewage in our basement. Two men spent about an hour and a half attempting to snake the basement drain before declaring it un-fixable and charging us $300. They then recommended we have them dig up the main line in the back yard and quoted us $1800 for the work. We called another company to come out the next day for a second opinion. The second company (NOT Edwardsville Plumbing) was able to fix the problem in our basement in an hour and charged only $150. So, for $300 all we got was a bad report and a ridiculous estimate for unnecessary work. When I called to discuss the issue with Edwardsville Plumbing they failed to do anything to make me feel better about the situation. I would not recommend them to anyone after this experience.
