  The Edwardsville Store employees were Awesome! The actual product, horrible! The Ashley guest response team for a warranty claim on BRAND NEW FURNITURE was disastrous. I have spent hours upon hours trying to get my BRAND NEW FURNITURE repaired and it is still not fixed. I don't know if I got a "lemon" for a couch or if the company is cutting corners on their manufacturing. It's going on 5 weeks now trying to get my furniture right. The story is too long and way too stupid to type here. All I can say is that I wish I would not have bought from Ashley Furniture. The used to have fabulous furniture. Not anymore!
